Solo Exhibition
I had my first solo exhibition in October at the beautiful Aqueduct cottage along the Cromford canal here in Derbyshire. The cottage once belonged to the family of Florence Nightingale and was restored by volunteers of Derbyshire Wildlife Trust. The exhibition ran over 5 days and showcased a selection of work from around the Peak District and across the UK. I was delighted by the footfall, some really lovely engagement and conversations with customers. Thankyou to everyone who attended and purchased some of my work. Here are a couple of pleasing comments from people:
‘ My wife and I visited your exhibition yesterday afternoon and just wished to say how impressed we were with your landscape work. We see many PAGB Federation and National competitions and exhibitions and your work would stand alongside the very best.Your website is excellent and if you are ever inspired by the Norfolk landscape do look up our local ‘leader’ Justin Minns (www.justinminns.co.uk) for locations - he also has a landscape book ‘Photographing East Anglia’ published by FotoVUE (they might need a similar one for Derbyshire!) ‘ Graham and Christine Frost -Norfolk
